When you fill out the Free Analysis form, we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, and the details you provide about your business. This form is processed through Formspree, a third party form handling service.
When you purchase the AI Client Prompt Playbook, payment is processed directly through PayPal. AdSpire Systems does not receive, see, or store your card or bank details at any point. That information is handled entirely by PayPal under their own privacy practices.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
This site uses Formspree to process contact form submissions and PayPal to process payments. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies directly if you have questions about how they specifically handle information.
For clients using our AI Sales Assistant service, AdSpire Systems connects to their Facebook Page via the Meta Graph API to read incoming comments and Messenger conversations, and to send automated replies on the client's behalf. We only access data for Pages that have explicitly authorized this connection through Facebook's official permission flow.
Data collected through this integration, messages, comments, and contact details shared by end users, is used solely to generate and send relevant replies and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes. Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, and is deleted upon request or when a client's service is discontinued.
To request deletion of data collected through this integration, contact support@adspiresystems.com or use Facebook's account settings to remove app permissions, which will trigger automatic data deletion on our end.
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third party analytics. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Form submissions and order related emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or fulfill your order, and for basic recordkeeping afterward.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time by emailing support@adspiresystems.com.
