Refund Policy

This policy applies to the AI Client Prompt Playbook and any other digital products sold through this site.

Digital Products Are Delivered Instantly

Because the Playbook is delivered to you immediately after payment as a downloadable file, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital products, since the file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded.

When We Will Help

If something genuinely went wrong on our end, we will make it right. This includes:

• You were charged but never received a working download link
• The file you received is corrupted or will not open
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase

In any of these cases, email support@adspiresystems.com with your payment confirmation and we will resolve it, either by resending the file or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

Because the product is instantly accessible after purchase, refunds are not offered simply for a change of mind after the download has taken place. If you have questions about what the Playbook includes before buying, feel free to email us first.
